The Yadkin County Board of Education (“Board of Education”) seeks increased or upset bids for the purchase of the following property:
The Board of Education has received an offer of $33,503.00 for the purchase of the property located on Brookfield Lane in Yadkinville, North Carolina, consisting of approximately 0.855 acre of land.This property is identified by the Yadkin County Tax Office as Parcel Identification Number 584601170120 and is described on the Deed recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Yadkin County in Book 105, Page 567. An increased offer of not less than $35,503.00 may be submitted in writing to the Board of Education at 121 Washington Street, Yadkinville, NC 27055 within ten (10) days from December 2, 2025. Any increased offer must include a deposit in cash or by official bank check equal to five percent (5.00%) of the amount of the increased offer. If an increased offer is received, this process will be repeated until no further qualifying upset bids are received.
